SOFHT Focus

The Society of Food Hygiene Technology was formed 30 years ago to provide a forum for the exchange of best practice in food hygiene and safety methods and technology, and now boasts members in all the main food sectors - manufacture, handling, transportation and retail - including the country's leading supermarkets.

CPL was asked in 2007 to redesign the Society's quarterly membership magazine SOFHT Focus and continues to produce it today.
